Ingredients:
- 1 package, (18 1/4 ounces) white or yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix.
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
- Combine cake mix, one egg and oil in large bowl; stir till crumbly. Reserve one cup crumb mixture.Press remaining crumb mixture into ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake fifteen minutes or until golden brown.
- Beat remaining egg, cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice in medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth and well blended. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
- Bake fifteen minutes more or until cream cheese layer is set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
